Kadalas Studio Official Returns & Refunds
1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized nature of custom goods (Business Cards, Stickers, etc.), no refunds are issued once a product has been printed. Refunds are only applicable if there is a verified manufacturing defect or if the item arrives damaged during transit.
2. Reporting Defects & Damage
Any manufacturing defects or transit damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. To file a claim, please email support@kadalasstudio.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the issue. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
3. Reprints vs. Errors
We offer free reprints exclusively for errors caused by our production team (e.g., machinery defects or wrong material usage).
Exclusions from Refunds/Reprints:
- Typographical errors or spelling mistakes made by the customer.
- Low-resolution or pixelated images uploaded by the customer.
- Incorrect selection of sizes, paper types, or finishing options.
- Color variations within industry-standard tolerances.
