Kadalas Studio Service Agreement
1. Company Information
The platform "Kadalas Studio" is owned and operated by Kadalas Studio, with its registered office located in Kochi, Kerala, India. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Kadalas Studio.
2. User Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. By using our services, you confirm that you own the rights to the designs submitted or have received permission to use them. We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
3. Service Limitations
We strive for color accuracy, but minor variations between digital previews and final printed products are inherent to the printing process. Kadalas Studio is not liable for errors in final products resulting from customer-provided low-resolution files or typos.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
